Hello,

My Test application launched from code.cerner.com (that was previously launching correctly and successfully retrieving an authorization token) now returns the following:

The URL of which leads to the following:

Screen Shot 2021-03-09 at 1.42.59 PM.png

So the Correlation ID is:  f456aabf-1af9-4954-aa49-8f7af755edde

Looks like my application is not being recognized but it was working some weeks back and I'm passing the correct client_id when retrieving the OAUTH2 token.

Thanks,
Dave

Can you verify that you are using the correct secret on your CernerCentral system account [1]. The system account ID will match your application's Client ID.

Aaron, I requested an account on Cerner Central and I received an email asking for details related to my organization and my use of the Cerner Central account.  So it seems that I need to wait for this account to be activated in order to access a real client-id/client-secret for the token request?  Is there any way that you could escalate the Cerner Central account process?  The email I received was from Simah Nitin at Cerner.

Once you provide all necessary information [1] back to them, they will approve your account for use. Typically, this means you did not follow the template and did not include that it was a SMART/FHIR app.
