Hello,

Cerner is planning to deprecate the Asserter field on Condition Read/Write transactions for the DSTU2 version of our server in the near future.
We wanted to check with our community if any consumers currently rely on this field. If so, please let us know and consider whether you can use a different workflow for your use case.

Thanks,
Cerner Engineering.

We use that field in a few places in the Patient Keeper charge entry workflow and do not have a good way to replace it. For example, it allows us to present specialists with a filtered list of Patient's Problems when doing charge entry. Currently, several of our mutual customers send that field from Cerner to PK via web link or HL7 interface. Once it's approved, these customers will switch to the FHIR app, but will need that same information to pull. Some of our mutual customers who would be impacted include: Baystate Health, HCA North Carolina Division (formerly Mission Health), Moffitt Cancer Center, Albany Medical Center, IU Health, etc.

Hi, My name is Robert

I am seeking to speak to someone who can help me with the following information:

a. the exact processes to follow in how to 'whitelist' our product with the various medical entities that utilize Cerner endpoints
b. FHIR Endpoint URLs...the current list several years old (2018)..can Cerner provide me a spreadsheet of the current FHIR Endpoint list? These are URLs  https://github.com/cerner/ignite-endpoints
c. a list of medical entities (hospitals, clinics, etc.) that are associated with these FHIR Endpoints (ex. Dignity Health, San Ramon, CA utilizes Cerner FHIR Endpoints)
