MedicationAdministration query working before now not working in sandbox?

Hi,

For joesmart1 and wilmasmart sandbox patient the FHIR query `GET https://fhir-open.cerner.com/r4/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/MedicationAdministration?patient=12740087

` 

was working a couple weeks ago but is now returning error with message "at least one of _id and patient must be provided". Why is this now broken and is there something we need to change on our end?
