When one does a POST using the DocumentReference API to create a Summary Note (68608-9) , where exactly does the note/document get posted in the EMR? Can someone tell me which screen and how to get to it? A screenshot would be fantastic!

Also, one of our customers use Cerner's Dynamic Doc. Does anyone know is DynDoc support API integration? Of is DynsDoc is integration with Millennium, will the Millennium summary notes flow into DynDoc?

Thanks much!

Hi, Sunny!

Documents posted to Millennium via DocumentReference API call will display inside the standard Clinical Notes and Documentation modules of the EMR.

Thanks!

Thanks Yegor! If DynDoc is integrated with Millennium, will the documents show up in DynDoc as well?

Sunny,

The documents posted via DocumentReference as written as a final signed clinical note. The modules Yegor referred to are also the same modules where a signed final Dynamic Document would be viewed as well when generated via Dynamic Document integration.
If the question is really whether they can be edited within the Dynamic Document module, the answer is no since the API does not current support writing in-progress structured documentation.

Hope that helps!
Jason
