Create patient to any perticular location/facility/department

Hello 

While creating patient we are passing organization id.

But if I want to add/create patient to any perticular location.

How to can do it in cerner.

Is organization & location same in cerner?

Location and Organization are different entities
In Location resource Location.managingOrganization, A reference to the organisation is provided.
