We're trying to create a provider facing application that get's a patient's medical records from the hospital.

Should we be using CareQuality/Commonwel HIE or should we be building direct integrations into hospitals?

What's the advantage of building direct integration instead of using HIE?

What's the coverage like for hospitals using Cerner that are participating in CareQuality/Commonwel?
