The CareTeam resource ID (careTeam.id) can now properly send a request to the Provenance resource. Previously, an underscore was used in the ID, which is not allowed by Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) specification.
Previous incorrect example:
- CareTeam/LIFETIME_PROVIDER-1181923-0-2851990-0-0-0
Corrected example:
- CareTeam/LIFETIME-PROVIDER-1181923-0-2851990-0-0-0
The change will be deployed to production on 28-Apr-2022.
