Which Adventist Health endpoint to use?

Adventist Health has over 25 locations across 4 states, WA, OR, CA, HI.  It's not clear that any of the endpoints listed in the Millennium R4 Patient JSON is the right one to use for patient clinical data retrieval.  There are a couple specific to Tulare and Delano, CA, one "Corporate HQ" and one for Revenue Cycle.  Could it be the Corporate Office or one that is just not published?  If not published, do we need to contact Adventist directly or can Cerner make the endpoint available to approved app developers in Cerner Code?
