Unable to register for Millennium Bulk SMART App

We are attempting to use the Bulk Data Access API but we are unable to register a Millennium Bulk SMART application to use the bulk capability, receiving the below error:

"We are unable to complete your request. Contact the support team through Cerner FHIR Developers on Google Groups."

Note I tried requesting all resources and removing those not included in Bulk requests (Location, Organization, Practitioner) to no avail.

I've added some screenshots below as well. 

What steps are necessary for developers to test an integration with the Bulk Data Access API?

Hey Aidan, 
Do you have any other apps that you have already registered? If you are using the same system account for both applications, you get this error. If that is the case, try deleting your existing application and registering a new one.

Thank you for your response.
Yes we do. We hope to use both bulk and traditional FHIR APIs so I have submitted a request for another system account.
