"Updated by" In Millennium does not gets changed when updating an AllergyIntolerance via FHIR

Hi,

A simple use case:
User A created an Allergy in Millennium, and User B updates that allergy in Millennium, "update by" gets changed to User B and the updated datetime changes as well.

With FHIR, User A created and Allergy in Millennium and User B updates that Allergy via FHIR, "Updated by" doesn't get changed to User B in Millennium but the updated datetime does change though.

Is this a bug or is it audited in some other way?

This is audited separately, but it should also be updating the updated user info. I'll log an issue.
