400, Bad Request

Can you explain why this is giving me a 400 error. This was working at one time for me, then all of a sudden it started giving me the 400 error.

OID 1.1.1.1.1.1.1. is not mapped in our Sandbox and hence the error. If you plan to add additional identifier, please use OID 7.7.7.7.7.7
