Can't create new smart app

Hello,

Could you help me with creating new smart app. I have one, but need new one for testing purpose. But after submitting form I get the error "Error! Failed to register your SMART app. Please try again!" I had tried a lot of times during 2 weeks.

Hello,

Are you trying to register the App with same System Account ID used before?
If so, one System Account can only be associated with one App.
