Hello,

When trying to access a bodyweight observation for a sandbox patient with the code:  'http ://loinc.org|29463-7' as specified on https://www.hl7.org/fhir/bodyweight.html, no entries are returned.
However, there are patient entries that use that code.

The patient entries also use the code: 'http://loinc.org|3141-9', and the search works if I use that code.

Is there a list of loinc/snomed codes that are supported for searching?

Hello,

A note: the link that you are referencing is actually an STU3 StructureDefinition. Cerner's sandbox server is written against the DSTU2 version of the FHIR specification. For example, here's the DSTU2 Argonaut implementation guide for vital sign Observations: http://www.fhir.org/guides/argonaut/r2/StructureDefinition-argo-vitalsigns.html

However, the same code is used for body weight in both DSTU2 and STU3. Looks like we only have a mapping in place for searching by 3141-9 but not 29463-7. We'll get that fixed.

Generally, when you see a code returned in a response, it should be available for use in queries, but occasionally there is some drift.

Thanks,
Max (Cerner)
