We will be making the following breaking changes in order to provide search functionality to the R4 Account resource identifier search:
- Proprietary codes from Account.identifier.system https://fhir.cerner.com/<EHR source id>/codeSet/28200 will no longer be supported. These system will now return https://fhir.cerner.com/<EHR source id>/statement-number for the statement category type.
- The values returned from Account.identifier.system https://fhir.cerner.com/accountnumber will no longer be supported. These system will now return https://fhir.cerner.com/<EHR source id>/account-number for the financial-account category type.
- When searching via identifier, the system must be "https://fhir.cerner.com/<EHR source id>/statement-number" instead of "https://fhir.cerner.com/<EHR source id>/codeSet/28200" for the statement type.
The change will be deployed to production on Aug 05, 2021.
