Issue with Practitioner/23372822?

Hello,

I am testing a confidential patient-facing app under development and fetching various resources for test patient Nancy Smart. I am able to get all the Practitioner resources referenced in her records except for Practitioner/23372822, where the API request fails with status code 404.
The url used is: https://fhir-myrecord.cerner.com/r4/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/Practitioner/23372822
Why is only this one not coming through?

Hello Fenil,

looking more carefully at my output, I saw that there are actually three Practitioner resource requests that were failing for Nancy Smart.
Here are the Practitioner id's, together with the documents they were referenced in.

This seems to be an issue of Bad Data. Since this is our public Sandbox, a lot of data might be present which is no longer relevant. We will be cleansing them soon.
