Patient gender X support

Hi Team,

Is there any plan to support new gender X(non-binary ) in FHIR patient search/create APIs?
The state of PA has started to allow a gender value of 'X' on their drivers licenses. Here is the reference:

Gender designation options on Pennsylvania driver's licenses and photo ID cards are "M" (male), "F" (female) or "X" (non-binary).

I don't think that concept is supported by FHIR yet.

Hi Fenil,

Just want to confirm: if Cerner FHIR implementation of Search API is following the FHIR standard, does that mean this gender field is not configurable by customer?
