Cerner millennium-changing Lead Clinician on outpatient encounter

Hello all, I am a clinician and am facing a brick wall with my institution around the ability to transfer or change a Lead Clinician using Cerner millennium. Our local team do not seem to know how to do this and I would appreciate any guidance or advice. When the patient is an inpatient it is easy using PMConversation tab to transfer but this doesn't work for outpatient encounters.

Unfortunately, those who watch this group are only familiar with the FHIR APIs and would not know about modifying the Millennium configuration. Your institution's support team should be able to help you out or can reach out to their Cerner contacts.
