Hello,
I have a use case where my app requires to post observations recorded by Nurses in the flowsheet(s) of a patient's encounter.
I was browsing - Cerner Millenium R4 documentation and found Observation | R4 API (cerner.com) has the POST API.
Would you please confirm if this the correct API for my usecase? If so, then would this API support all different types of flowsheet elements exists on Cerner's EHR?
