I have an app (not smart app) that needs to be integrated with Cerner Millennium EMR.
Can any one please point out the right directions for this.

Hi,
Will a user be logged into your application? If so, and that user is a provider/practitioner of some sort, you would follow the workflow described here (the steps listed in the beginning of this section):
http://fhir.cerner.com/authorization/#requesting-authorization-on-behalf-of-a-user
The "launch" scopes will not apply to you, and you will not be able to get the user profile at this time (openid, profile scopes). Otherwise, all those steps must be followed.
