Issue with Encounter 97965092

I am getting the following error:

Update: I am also getting this error when trying to fetch Encounter 97965120 for test patient Nancy Smart.

Hello,

Both Encounter have a visit class type of 'Unknown - External' which is not mapped in our public Sandbox and hence the error.
