Encounter-level medications in CCDs

In another thread, it was confirmed that none of the test patients in the Cerner sandbox have encounter-level CCDs, like discharge summaries. But they may exist at live sites, since I think I've seen CCDs generated by health systems that use Cerner today. On encounter-level CCDs, would there be a medications section? If so, would the medications listed in that section only be for that encounter? Would the medications have a discrete encounter link in the entry?

Also, are health systems that use Cerner able to modify the content of the CCDs returned by FHIR resources, in order to implement encounter-level CCDs?
