R4 API: Is it possible to cancel (or delete) an encounter?

Our external application calls R4 to create a patient and an associated encounter. There are cases where we would like to delete (or cancel) the encounter in the case of a patient "No Show".

Does such a method exist?

Is there a way to update the status of an encounter to something like "cancelled"?

If so, which end point?

Hello,

As of today, it may not be possible to update the status of the Encounter to cancelled or delete the Encounter using FHIR APIs.

The only operations supported are http://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/r4/base/management/encounter/
