Hi, when I register my app (a fhir R4 client program) in the code console, once I choose R4, and try to choose scopes, I do not see medicationStatement listed. In the dstu2 option I see it listed. How do I specify MedicationStatement in R4.

DSTU2 MedStatement and MedOrder, has been merged into MedRequest in R4. Please look into our documentation for resources supported between DSTU2 and R4.
