test users document is missing

If I read the documentation here:

There is a link that says "available sandbox test patients" that points to thread in the google group: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/cerner-fhir-developers/edPUbVPIag0/LgD4mGTXBAAJ

If I go to that thread and click on the link it provides (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yQXPHs5cqFuoBg6A1SW0495lUpNHb5cPoRlX28TRcck/edit?usp=sharing) it shows me the file has been deleted.
