Enabling patient apps across all Cerner clients

Hi,

Stephen at Cerner asked me to post this here. 

We're currently seeing an error message upon OAuth of a patient app stating our app hasn't been enabled for an organization (see below). Stephen mentioned as of June, they should have been enabled to all Cerner clients by default, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

How can we get our app enabled across all Cerner clients (or does this error message mean something else)?

Hello Ian, 

The Cerner client domain (tenant) you were attempting to access is mistakenly listed as a patient access endpoint leading to the error you received.  For Ascension, they have several tenants for patient access based on state/region.  See below
