Can I switch to a different patient profile within a SMART on FHIR app?

Hello -

I noticed that all apps require a patient to be selected first, but I want either to have list of patients within the app, then switch to other patients.

Would it possible switch from a patient to another within the app instead of closing the app, then select another patient, then open the app.

Alternatively, can I have the patient demographic info within a SMART on FHIR app instead of ehr provider portal?

Thank you very much  Fenil. so basically  my SMART on FHIR should be  patient-specific. I was looking for a real  Cerner  demo to see how provider  launch the SMART apps and where the apps fit within  Cerner  EHR.

Thank you Fenil. I was able to sign up and see all resources I need. 

Most of SMART of FHIR apps are patient centric, which means I have to select a patient first then run app on FHIR. 

Can I have SMART on FHIR on the top toolbar? For example view more patients info at once. 

For example I want to view more than one provider schedule at the same time with does not require to have patient selected. Would that possible to place smart on FHIR outside the patient main page?

Yes, that is possible. Generally Provider and Patient Apps launch with the patient-in-context and hence a patient needs to be selected or the App needs to be opened from the Patient's chart.

You can have the App embedded in what we call Organizer view within the Cerner's chart and the App can be launched without the patient context.
