correlation id synonymous with x-request-id header on response?

Hello,

Is the correlation id found on the error_uri synonymous for the x-request-id header found on successful calls?

Yes. For auth calls, the Cerner-Correlation-Id response header provides us a unique transaction ID similar to the X-Request-Id response header on resource calls.
