I am facing issue while trying to get an R4 Binary.

My scope contains Binary.read and DocumentReference.read. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

The reason for the error is the document does not have an associated Encounter. We are investigating further.

I ran into the same exact issue today - I wasn't able to get an R4 Binary until I associated a DocumentReference resource with an Encounter.
