The Cerner Ignite APIs for Millennium catalog has been updated with support for R4 Diagnostic Report profiles supporting Provider/Patient/System personas. Now FHIR DiagnosticReport resource is supported in both DSTU2 and R4 versions. The new R4 version also aligns with 21st Century Cures Act regulations.

The following HL7® FHIR® US Core Implementation Guide STU 4.0.0 Profiles are supported by this resource:

DiagnosticReport Read/Search APIs are available in our developer sandbox from 13th October 2022 but as of now It is not enabled for clients. Certain kinds of reports like cardiology reports are still under development and hence many not be retrievable through a patient search.

Complete Read/Search functionality for DiagnosticReport is expected to be released to all clients by end of 2022
