Hi,

Would it be possible to add the Loinc Code for a tumor board note to the list of supported document types on the sandbox?

We mention this limitation a bit in our FHIR doc: https://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/dstu2/infrastructure/document-reference/#terminology-bindings

This limitation is really only in sandbox. Once you become part of our code program, we often review with terminologists to determine if there's a good loinc to use that would match with what clients would have built. At that point, we'll set it up for more in depth testing.

In the meantime, you can use one of the other loincs - the loinc itself affects where it is viewed in millennium, and how you would search for it specifically, but otherwise doesn't have any specific effect to the physical document.
