how transition my Cerner 3rd-party developer account from sandbox to production?

Our SMART/FHIR app is still in testing but we expect soon to transition to production.  What must we do to transition our Cerner developer account accordingly?  Thanks!

For provider facing and system applications to go into production you will need to join our code Developer Program. You can begin this process by Submitting your App.
