Discharge Instructions via FHIR

Hi --

On the App gallery I see references to making a discharge instruction "part of the patient’s Depart Summary" (https://code.cerner.com/apps/meducation).

I am unclear as to how to make this work with FHIR.

If I save something with loinc 18842-5 and save via docRef does this populate the Discharge Instructions within Powerchart automatically (ie depart process in firstnet)?

Or how does no accomplish shim'ing in discharge instructions into existing depart workflow purely via FHIR?

I know that the doc will show up in documents/clinical documents, but I am unclear how it shows up in the current depart workflow for a physician.
