Cerner Millennium PowerChart Sandbox

Hello, 

I am trying to create a prototype for Cerner Millennium PowerChart. I cannot find how to simulate PowerChart. I have a SMART app and I want to use it inside the PowerChart. I understand that this is possible, but I wasn't able to find a way to install in my computer PowerChart or a simulator in order to test the user experience.

When joining the code Program, we will work with you to get a login to PowerChart in the public sandbox domain for testing your app. The launch functionality in the developer portal [1] will provide the same functionality that occurs within PowerChart.
