Can't register new confidential App

Hello,

I am trying to register new  app on 
https://code.cerner.com/developer/smart-on-fhir/register
With  Confidential client type 
I entered the system account id registered on https://cernercentral.com/system-accounts/

but the registration failed with message 

Error! Failed to register your SMART app. Please try again!

Any help ?

I registered an application successfully
But I tried to register another application using the same system account id but it failed

One System Account can be associated with only 1 System App.

I tried to use the app I have registered using the system account Id above , 
But I got  invalid_client error
Error uri: https://authorization.cerner.com/errors/urn%3Acerner%3Aerror%3Aauthorization-server%3Aoauth2%3Atoken%3Ainvalid-client-credentials/instances/127f025e-00ec-46d5-a271-79a25db462f9?client=unknown&tenant=ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d

The error says, invalid client credentials. Please make sure the Account ID/ClientID and Client Secret are correct.
The ClientID to use: 820dbb95-7e51-456c-b6d2-9a41dd7887a6 and the secret to sue can be found from https://cernercentral.com/system-accounts/820dbb95-7e51-456c-b6d2-9a41dd7887a6
Also make sure you are correctly encoding your client credentials - http://fhir.cerner.com/authorization/#requesting-authorization-on-behalf-of-a-system

Dear Fenil,

I tried to generate access token 
I used this client Id :  820dbb95-7e51-456c-b6d2-9a41dd7887a6

I got the secret key from here  https://cernercentral.com/system-accounts/820dbb95-7e51-456c-b6d2-9a41dd7887a6
In secrets section I pressed the "view" button  and copied the secret 

I encoded the credentials like descriped here http://fhir.cerner.com/authorization/#requesting-authorization-on-behalf-of-a-system
Basic {{ Base64 encode "clientid:secret }}


But I got Page not found error 
Any help ?
