Latest condition

Hello,

i was requesting the cerner api for all condition related to a patient via patient id.

Unfortunately the api returns all past versions of each condition.

Is it possible to only request the newest of each one?

Hi Otto,

First: is your application trying to find problems or diagnoses?

Second: Have you tried filtering by status, then date? There is no way currently to simply ask for "latest" in the FHIR spec without adding logic to the application to define what you mean by latest (eg: latest updated? Latest clinical occurrence?)
