Permissions for providers/ pulling patient information

Hello! 

We have just started building out an integration with Cerner and are wondering what, if any, permissions or authorizations need to be granted in order to pull provider and patient information. 

For example, in some of our other integrations, providers must sign an agreement before we are able to access their and their patient's information.
