Does DocumentReference (r4) has a default sort order

Hi,

I'm looking at the DocumentReference documentation for r4 (https://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/r4/documents/document-reference/#search), and I don't see any mention of sort, or default sorting order, like I see for other objects like Observation.

Is there any default sorting?

Is there any way to change that sort when doing a search?

Hi,

We do not guarantee any particular sort order for the results of the DocumentReference search transactions.  As you noticed, there will be a note in the documentation of the resources that we can guarantee a sort order for.
