Can you clarify some key parameters with this API:

Specifically:

1. What all values are supported for the 'category' parameter?  It appears only "notification" is supported.  We use that but also want to use others like 'reminder' with a 'Due Date' that will appear in the PowerChart Message Center appropriately differentiated.

2. Cerner API Documentation says the 'priority' parameter only supports values of 'routine' and 'urgent'.  However we cannot see these appear in the PowerChart Message Center appropriately differentiated; seems like 'urgent' messages should appear in different font and/or with a Priority column indicator/icon.  Are we missing something?

• Also although 'urgent' works with  Create  when we Retrieve it comes back   'routine'.

We figured out #2, it turns out Cerner is case sensitive on the parameter value, it must be "Urgent" instead of "urgent".  Suggest you relax this so case doesn't matter.

Hello,

For #1, currently only 'notification' and 'reminder' are supported for category in our Sandbox.

For #2, the values allowed are urgent, routine, asap, stat

For #1, we can only get "notification" to work.  Can you give an example of using "reminder"?

For #2, the Cerner documentation says, "Only 'routine' and 'urgent' priorities are supported."  We see other values of "asap" & "stat" work but look no different in PowerChart from "routine" - so what if anything is different about those values?

#1 What error do you get using reminder? Can you please provide X-Request-ID and POST body.

#2 My bad! Only urgent and routine are supported. Anything other value apart from routine will be set to urgent.
