Queries about relationship property in RelatedPerson response

Hi Team,

We are using RelatedPerson FHIR call to get the patient’s RelatedPerson. Below shared the cerner url and request id.

Questions:
1.    Is relationship property will come in response always or not?
2.    For the below call, getting 4 entries and not seeing relationship property in one of the resource (attached the screenshot) so Do we need to consider the entry without relationship property for the patient or skip?
