Do you mind sending me the request body! This error generally pop-ups when there is no active relationship between the provider and the patient.

Based on the POST body received,

  • For Provider Apps, You can only write back vitals for patients who have active relationship with the Provider.
    • In this case the Practitioner is ‘Portal’ which did not have active relationship with the patient in question
  • The patient and Encounter in your token is different than the patient/Encounter you are trying to post.
  • LOINC 3140-1 is not mapped on our side.
