Hello,

Cerner does not have any scope called MedicationHistory. If you look at the failed URL, you can see "grant:denied-no-effective-scopes-present"

Make sure you are providing correct scopes for the launch. Please refer to Scopes section under http://fhir.cerner.com/authorization/#construct-the-authorization-request-url
