Error when trying to Submit a new App

Hi, 

I am trying to register a new App here https://code-console.cerner.com/console/register
But It is failing with this message:
Error.We are unable to complete your request. Contact the support team through Cerner FHIR Developers on Google Groups.

In network tab endpoint  https://code-console.cerner.com/api/cerner/users/apps is returning 500 status code.
Cerner-Correlation-Id: eebb8dcc-cf47-4dc4-ae94-8dc2e070e31c

Would appreciated any help in this regard.

Aashu,

Please use this URL https://code.cerner.com/developer/smart-on-fhir/ instead. It is the only endpoint that is currently supported at this time.

Can you please point out what is missing.

Aashu,

My colleague was able to help me identify the issue. It looks like the registration failed because there is already the same confidential app registered in our system by amansour from your company. The app already has the scopes that you were wanting to register. For a confidential client, there can only be one account id associated. Would you be able to work with your colleague on this existing app?

Do you know the email id of user who registered this app? I would try to reach out internally.

Yes, it was mentioned in my previous post. You may have not noticed it. The id is 'amansour@pay.....com`.

yeah, you are right. 
But this employee (amansour@pay.....com) is not with the organization any more, would it be possible to remove/deregister the existing app. Or transfer the app to my account?

I've removed the existing config. Please re-register the confidential app.
