Aashu,
My colleague was able to help me identify the issue. It looks like the registration failed because there is already the same confidential app registered in our system by amansour from your company. The app already has the scopes that you were wanting to register. For a confidential client, there can only be one account id associated. Would you be able to work with your colleague on this existing app?

Yes, it was mentioned in my previous post. You may have not noticed it. The id is 'amansour@pay.....com`.

yeah, you are right. But this employee (amansour@pay.....com) is not with the organization any more, would it be possible to remove/deregister the existing app. Or transfer the app to my account?
