Procedure Write Error

I am trying to write a procedure as on the site:
"https://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/r4/general-clinical/procedure"

but getting 401 unauthorized, "code": "Login" error

There is a known issue where certain requests for DSTU2/R4 are failing. We are working to fix it soon.
