Not able to generate token on cerner fhir

Can someone help me with this error? Getting following issue while generating token.

Per our group guidelines, can you post the Cerner-Correlation-Id (in this instance) or the X-Request-Id from the response header?

At a quick glance at the error message you posted, it seems like you may have a patient app [1] and are trying to follow the system app authorization process [2].

We are following the flow two. And here is the Cerner-Correlation-Id " aa1bce73-0d4e-43e3-9009-c1b517746761 "

Your app is registered as a patient app, which won't follow the system app authorization process.

If it is intended to be a patient app, then yes, that is the correct flow!

We try to create system application on Cerner code console and got below error.

Without having more context from your attempt, my guess is that you used a system account/client ID that is already in use by another app. This ID must be unique, and if you are needing multiple system apps, you will need a separate system account for each one.

We created new application and system account. What should be our next step?  This time we created system application.

The upper step is completed but I am confused with the red one.. its saying "/tenant/---------" It looks like its asking tenant id and i dnt have one, what to do in that case?

You are correct! The tenant listed there is the tenant ID for the public sandbox domain and is what you should use.

hey thanks for repying. 
But we haven't yet got any tenant details. As you mentioned earlier we created new (system) application  and system account. while trying to go with the "authorization on behalf of the system" its asking tenant id. I don't have any tenant id for now. Can you help me with that?

Are you looking for the tenant ID for the public sandbox? You can find it in our documentation [1] as well as in the response in your original post in this thread:

I am looking the tenant ID fot the secure sandbox (production tenant ID). How to get that? what's the process to request tenant ID?

I am researching on cerner login APis and password migration part. Can someone help me with this one? Any specific documentations or related details would be a help.
