Unable to download documents from test server.

We are trying to download documents using our test account, we can successfully download data except "DocumentReference".

Hi,

What behavior are you seeing for your DocumentReference requests?

Can you share any X-Request-Id response header values that you've received from Cerner's sandbox server, to help us troubleshoot per group guidelines?

I got 504 Error, message: Endpoint request timed out.

Any update? I could give you the binary id: XR-12359291 or XR-12359287, failed to download all attachments under documentReference, the content type I set is application/pdf

Hi Peng,

Looks like the X-Request-Id (1b23d85e-a9e5-4372-97ff-51a1f2be1a26) you posted was for a call to [1], which completed successfully.

I was able to find some related requests for Binary retrieval made for the same user that failed with a 504 Gateway Timeout, like X-Request-Id=59e33751-5d5e-461e-8335-0d230e101d9a for a call to [2].
It looks like this request to retrieve the document took longer than the allotted time resulting in the timeout. Please understand that at this time we are aware that it can be difficult to retrieve larger documents and while this doesn't help immediately, we do have work to enable documents to be retrieved faster and more consistently in the future.

I would suggest trying to retrieve document for "Jason Mendoza" [3] that has several documents that should be retrievable without timeouts.

Thanks, so that is just because the file I want to download is too large.

Thats correct. The document that was being retrieved is too large and took more time to generate than our service timeout allow.
