Is there any field that we can put free text in when creating public and private coverage?

We have a question that is there any field (user field) in the request body that we can put free text in when creating Patient-level private and public coverage? If has, please let us know.

The only body fields supported to create coverage through FHIR APIs as of today are listed here : http://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/r4/financial/support/coverage/#body-fields
