For the R4 spec on the Patient Identifier element it states " The value SHALL be unique within the defined system "

In your R4 sandbox, for patient 12724066, I'm seeing multiple Identifier entries with a system of "urn:oid:7.7.7.7.7.7" with different values. Is this just bad data?

Since this is our Sandbox used by multiple developers, it may have lot of dummy/bad data!
