Non-stop spinner during OAuth

Hi Cerner Team,

I've been trying to access the sandbox through OAuth, launching as a Provider. I've entered the username+password as portal and things to proceed until it redirects to this screen and I've shown a spinner that continues indefinitely:

Could you tell me what is happening?

Are you testing this in our Sandbox? Can you provide your clientId/AppID?

I see the code Param and state param passed back to your App along with redirect_uri. But don't see anything any subsequent calls to Cerner.
