Newbie in this area, setup account in Sandbox Code Console https://code-console.sandboxcerner.com/, registered application (REDCap) but can't get the Test to work, please kindly advise what I was missing for the initial setup and configurations. Thanks!

Got the following access_denied error on the App (REDCap) side:
So following the above error logs, I went to the FHIR Authorize URL to get the following:

An application was attempting to request access to healthcare data with Unknown Tenant; unfortunately, the application doesn't appear to be compatible. If you require further assistance, please contact support.
