DSTU2 Authorization error when Test Sandbox for new registered application(REDCap)

Newbie in this area, setup account in Sandbox Code Console https://code-console.sandboxcerner.com/, registered application (REDCap) but can't get the Test to work, please kindly advise what I was missing for the initial setup and configurations. Thanks!

Got the following access_denied error on the App (REDCap) side:
