Error: The redirect URI is not registered.

  • Below are the details of the app I am trying to launch. When I launched the app, I get an error saying: 
           "The redirect URI is not registered.
             Error Code: urn:cerner:error:authorization-server:oauth2:grant:redirect-uri-not-registered"
Attached is the screenshot of the error. Could you please assist me in understanding what was the error about.

Please make sure that there are no spaces in your launch or redirect URIs.
